Quantity Surveyor (P.Q.S.)
Responsabilidad Laboral:
- You should be working for another firm of construction consultants / PQS and have a stable work record.
- You be able to be a Project Surveyor for smaller Cost Management commissions taking responsibility for their successful delivery or working with an Associate on larger projects.
- You will be able to do all aspects of cost management and quantity surveying from inception to completion of projects with experience of both pre and post contract duties.
- Experience of pre-contract estimating, procurement, contract administration, cost reporting and final account resolution is essential.
- You should have good IT and client facing skills.
Calificacion Educativa:
- You will be a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager who has a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or similar subject and you will be either working towards taking your APC soon or you may be recently chartered with the RICS or up to a few years PQE.
Experiencia Laboral:
- At least 1 year(s)
